Manning Remodeling + Construction just recently completed a few drywall repairs at my home & they look brand new! You can't tell there was ever a problem. The guys, as always, were polite, professional, & did exactly what they said they'd do. Over the years, Rick's company has remodeled our kitchen, bathroom, installed flooring, & rebuilt our fireplace. They perform top quality work, are honest & professional, and they follow through on what they say they're going to do. I would absolutely recommend Manning Remodeling + Construction to anyone!

This is the second time we have used Manning for a home remodeling project. They check all the boxes in what you are looking for in a general contractor to handle you remodeling needs. We initially used them for laundry room project which was very complex and they did an amazing job. We here recently used them for a simpler bathroom project. We were pleasantly surprised that their pricing was in line with all those companies advertising on TV, but the quality and service was far better and we got a customized bathroom, not a cookie cutter common one. You cannot go wrong using Manning.

We had used Manning Construction before and knew of the excellent quality of their work. Our project manager this time was Jaxson who did an exceptional job keeping us informed of the many aspects of our bathroom remodel so we were never surprised. We had an overall plan and then each day a plan -so we always knew what was happening next. He was responsive to our many questions and requests. The original schedule and cost estimates were accurate. There were a few suggestions which made the bathroom appearance much better than what we had originally planned. Each of the contractors-plumbers, electricians, painters, tile folks, and more were professional and polite and did flawless work. Always asked us to review their work. We are very pleased with Rick and team.

We are so happy with the job Rick Manning does for us. They are a top notch remodeling company. An out of the ordinary problem occurred due to an appliance malfunction and Rick was able to problem solve and help fix it on the same day. They are a trustworthy company that stands by their work. I cannot wait for the next room update to get started! Manning Remodeling will be the only company I call to get the job done!

This was my first remodeling adventure, so I was unsure about many things. I asked a lot of questions, but Rick was patient and answered them all. My bathroom was small, and I am sure it was one of Manning’s smaller projects. But they dealt with me like it was a large project. Great communication. I have a full-size shower and thought I wanted a tub surround. My main issue I wanted to avoid was cleaning grout. It's almost like a continuing issue. Rick said I should go with slabs. They are 2’ x 4’ and have very small grout lines/areas. I am so glad we suggested this. It looks awesome, and the grout lines are very small. Manning was not the cheapest, but when I was talking to Rick, he talked about how they only use quality materials. The finished product reflects this. All the subcontractors were very capable and did a good job. They also pointed out items that may be an issue down the road. So, would I recommend them? Yes, and I am about to have them quote my other bathroom for remodeling.

In June 2025, we used Manning Remodeling + Construction to do a variety of jobs primarily outside our home. They put on new soffett all the way around the house and closed gaps where roof and eaves met. They remove a computer serving device from a closet, dry-walled and repainted it. They also repaired and repainted the ceiling inside the garage which was falling. The work was done professionally and efficiently. The project manager was accessible and available and answered our questions promptly. We were pleased with the quality of the work, and the professionalism and courtesy of the workers. Manning may not be the lowest priced but the pricing is fair, and the quality well worth it.

Rick and his team took a completely pointless back staircase and trasnformed into an office and media room. They were quick, efficient and hit the timeline we requested before we began. Standard punch list post completion items were handled quickly. 100% recommend.

Rick completed a 3 month remodel for us that included flooring, countertops, custom cabinetry, baseboards, fireplace, new stairs and railing, painting, staining, tiling, kitchen vent hood, and various electrical. The craftsmanship was terrific, the project manager was onsite daily, communication was excellent, all rework was done quickly and without pushback, and the work was completed timely. What we also really appreciated with Rick were his suggestions. We used quite a few and are extremely pleased with the results. We highly recommend Rick and his team!
